Service and Maintenance

Regular maintenance of the switchgear is recommended to ensure optimum performance and longevity, especially in critical genset operations.

LS Electric offers maintenance services at additional costs, which can be requested separately.

Unauthorized repairs or tampering with the switchgear void the warranty.
Liability

LS Electric is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business operations due to the use or failure of the switchgear in genset applications.

The total liability of LS Electric is limited to the cost of the switchgear provided under the initial agreement.

Compliance

LS Electric switchgear complies with all relevant international standards, including IEC 61349, ensuring safe operation.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the installation meets local and national electrical codes and standards.

Payment Terms

Payment for LS Electric switchgear must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees, and LS Electric reserves the right to delay delivery or cancel orders in the event of non-payment.
Delivery

LS Electric will make every effort to deliver the switchgear within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
